During the height of the Covid-19 pandemic, the only way to vote safely was by mail. But some states made it harder for younger voters to get mail ballots than older voters. We fought to end this age discrimination and ensure that everyone can vote by mail ballot if they want to — no matter their age, race, sexual orientation, or political party. In pursuit of this goal, we filed a lawsuit in Alaska where state officials mailed free vote-by-mail applications just to voters 65 and older.
